Welcome to the Glenn Eckert State Farm Insurance Agency. For the past 44 years, my team and I have provided exceptional service to our hundreds of customers located throughout Affton, St. Louis City, Concord Village, South County, Arnold & Jefferson County, Kirkwood, neighboring Illinois, and even a customer in Alaska! We pride ourselves in being active in our community, and helping our valued customers with their Auto, Home, Life and Small Business insurance needs. On April Fool’s Day 1981, I opened my State Farm agency in Concord Plaza. My Mom was my first employee (she really enjoyed visiting Woolworth's in the Plaza!), followed by Diane Callahan who, even though officially retired, still helps us with special projects. In 2005, I moved my office to our current location: 9700 Reavis - only 2 blocks from where I lived during my high school days! I’m a graduate & past Senior Class President of Lutheran South (Go Lancers!) and a Saint Louis University alum. In between, I served a 2-year stint in the US Army after completing Infantry School at Fort Polk, LA.

In 2002, my wife and I moved to Lafayette Square and rehabbed an 1885 Victorian home. We both grew up in the city and were excited to take on this larger than expected project. I'm an avid gardener and recently completed the Master Gardener program through the Missouri Botanical Garden. My wife Pat and I enjoy taking long road trips throughout the country (especially New Mexico & Michigan) and have visited many of our National Parks, Civil War sites and regional Botanical Gardens. In our spare time, our eight grandchildren keep us scrambling with their sporting events and other activities.
