Actually, Glenn has been my parents agent for over 20 years, and I honestly can’t remember a time they didn’t receive a birthday card from him. "I am almost 50 years old and my parents ever since I can remember. My sister continues to use Glenn as well. I have used Glenn since I was 16 for car insurance and now he insures my three cars, house, and life insurance as well. His staff is amazing, especially Kim Thompson. They give top notch service every time I call and need something. I truly trust Glenn and his staff!"

"My wife was recently involved in an auto accident that was not her fault and the adjuster for the driver who caused the accident was being difficult. George was very helpful in resolving the situation and getting us a rental vehicle. I’ve had State Farm insurance since I was 16 years old and have always had a good experience with them. Glenn is a great agent!"

"I called yesterday to pay my premiums & guess what? The gentleman with whom I spoke informed me of a discount on my car insurance was I elated. I drive very little these & unfortunately, as all else prices continue to rise everywhere. I've been with State Farm it seems forever. It's great to have an insurance company that cares about their safe drivers & loyalty to continue to do the fair thing. I couldn't have more pleased with the young man's handling of this & the time he took with me but what else should I expect from State Farm. Thanks so much. J.Evans"

"Kim was wonderful, as she always is! She explains everything in a way that is understandable. Over the last 20 or so years she has always kept in contact, even when I was not a customer, to see if it was possible to come back as a customer! I am currently back with State Farm and she is still providing excellent customer service!"

"one star is an over rating. State Farm has denied and refused to honor my claims and lie and continue to rufuse to pay claims after 22 months i ask for a returm call. You continue to hide and lie."

"Bob, I'm sorry to hear State Farm has not responded to your request for a return phone call. I've again asked the adjuster to contact you. You know we've tried our best to move your claim along. We've spent as much time as you wanted to discuss your claim either in person or over the phone. And I believe George helped facilitate an earlier claim payment on your behalf. I wish we had had more authority to assist with your claim."

"Hi George.  The vehicle is now parked in front of my house.  I can’t believe we (mainly you) pulled this off.  No one gets one over on the STL City Impound.  Most people I know who have had to deal with them as the victim of an accident or vehicle theft feel cheated and further robbed of money just to get their vehicle back. They want to collect unreal storage fees as quickly as possible as a disincentive to the law abiding citizen (who’s already under a lot of pressure due to loss of their vehicle) to try and retrieve this vehicle.  Their rules are archaic and most likely would not stand up in a court of law.  But who has the time or resources to sue them. Yet somehow you managed to beat them at their own game.  Typically no human being bends their rules, but you did, and you retrieved my vehicle from their grip, almost minutes before it was destined to be auctioned as a part of their highly questionable money making enterprise.  Congratulations buddy!!  You did it!!!  There should be a medal of good citizenship and honor for this achievement, but alas, like so many quiet victories you and very few others will only have the memory of your accomplishment.  I know this is not good enough, but it’s all this world offers. Congratulations my friend for a job well done. This is what being a good agent for your customer is all about. You went the extra mile on behalf of me, your customer, and you got the job done. Thank you George and State Farm!"
